MetroMedia Productions has been in business since 2004 and is Headquartered in a 12,000 sq.ft warehouse in Sacramento, California. 
We produce events throughout California and anywhere our clients take us, from Alaska to Chicago to New York and anywhere in between. 
MetroMedia's dedicated full-time staff stands ready to handle any part of your production from script to screen.

At Metro Media we care about being professionals in event technology, the logistics and planning that produce events, and the experience of our customer.  Our team, from the owner, to senior account managers to our audiovisual engineer’s and technical staff are committed to being the best at delivering an outstanding event.

Paul Tisa - Owner, Production Manager
Paul has worked in multiple capacities and roles in the event industry with hands on experience deploying state of the art live event technologies in the audio, video, IT, lighting, content development and scenic design specialties.  These include system design, installation and operation of audio systems for 15k attendee venues, delegation microphones systems up to 120 persons and interpreter integration, video blending and warping, video walls and projection systems, IT integration for video streaming and digital signage, lighting with conventional and intelligent lighting systems, live broadcast media/press audio and lighting systems, broadcast camera and switching systems, staging and scenic design for association, corporate, non-profit events. 
 Michael Barber - Technical Director, Senior Account Manager
Michael Barber has been a Technical Director since 1981 working in the live event production environment.  During his time as a Show TD, he has worked with Fortune 500 Companies and their executives, celebrities, elected officials and foreign dignitaries. Michael started his career as a hands-on technician in the audiovisual event specialties working primarily as a video switch operator, projectionist, camera operator, stage manager, and video editor. 
Michael has worked for PSAV, the largest in-house hotel AV company, as a senior Sales Manager.  His experience and knowledge of in-house pricing has benefited our customers in price negotiations with hotel based audiovisual companies.
Jerome Palacios - Manager of Operations
Jerome Palacios, currently the Operations Manager for Metro Media Productions, has twenty-five years
of Audio Visual experience in the Hotel Industry as a Technician, Productions Manager and Director.
Jerome manages overall operations for Metro Media Productions and is responsible for labor
productivity, equipment quality control and safety. 

Jerome enjoys time away from work with his wife, children and his little Pomeranian. 
James Seaman - Project Manager, Multimedia Technician
James Seaman has been with MetroMedia since 2007.  In addition to booking shows and consulting on technical matters, he specializes in Event Based Social Media Technology, Robotic Camera Operation,  Presentation and Video content curation, and Live Polling. ​​

He lives in Oak Park and spends his free time cross country motorcycle travelling, and adventuring with his Partner and two dogs.
Sean Patero - Operations Support
Sean has been with MetroMedia Productions since 2012. After years of in-depth experience in the field, Sean joined the operations team, providing critical technical-based proficiency in show bookings, customer service needs, and rental accounts. MetroMedia's Social Media presence is single handedly owed to Sean's efforts in marketing and digital content management. He always brings an upbeat attitude to everything he puts his hands on.

Outside of the office, he is an avid fisherman, RC enthusiast, and musician.
Chris Hamilton - Audio Systems Engineer
Chris Hamilton has been with MetroMedia since 2008. His specialty is to provide quality audio to all of our clients.
Chris has the expertise and the correct tools to make sure that your message will be received with clarity.
He is passionate about achieving technical excellence with each project he oversees.

Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
Rich Wing - Audio Engineer
Rich Wing has been with MetroMedia since 2013.  He has ten years in the A/V business and fifteen years experience in producing special events and live concerts, including promotions, marketing, stage managing, project managing and production management. Working closely with talent from around the world he has developed a sound comprehension of operations on both ends of the spectrum in the production world.  

When he's not working long production hours you can find him hanging out with family, adventuring around the world, and challenging himself with heart pumping hikes in the mountains.

Jonathan Davis -  Lighting Engineer, Multimedia Technician
​Jonathan Davis has been with Metro Media Productions since 2011,  specializing as a multi tech, managing breakouts and has recently grown into Metro Media's lighting technician.  As a multi-tech he has a wide range of skills to assist you both before and during your event. Whether you need someone to assist your keynote presenter hands on, or repair, edit or create presentations and solutions on the fly.

Jonathan enjoys time off spent with his wife Sabrina and dog Arlo.
Jeffrey Neff - Video Engineer
Jeff has been with the company since 2012, specializing in video engineering, with emphasis on Christie projection, blending and mapping multi-projection systems. Barco Event Master certification ensures no matter the size and scope of the production, a solution is at hand. With over 15 years of experience,  he is a professional with integrity and dedication to his craft.
Tiffany Tisa - Office Administrator
Tiffany has worked at Metro Media since 2015.  Her experience includes Human Resources, payroll, accounting and AR/AP.  She enjoys being out of the large corporate world to focus on a tight knit family style business. 
She enjoy's cooking and fishing with her family of 5.  
Chris Tisa - Warehouse Manager
​Responsible for Inventory Control and order fulfillment. Works as delivery driver and is available for light AV setup or assisting AV Technicians during large events.
